Abstract :
The validity of the evaluation method will determine the quality of the electronic components´ application. Based on the research of the electronic components´ characters, the paper chooses the grey clustering analysis based on the relative membership degree as the method to evaluate electronic components. This method can effectively reduce the subjectivity of traditional evaluation methods, and it can ensure the reliability of evaluation results to some extent. In the meantime, the paper puts the RX-30 as an example to carry out an empirical analysis; the empirical results have reached the expected goal.
