Abstract :
Analyzing from the several main kinds of bidding mechanism for electricity market,the most important factor to judge the superiority and inferiority of bidding mechanism is the degree of information disturbance. From the perspective of signal transmission in game theory, this paper proposed a random matching mechanism of optimal probability to improve the fault of PAB Bidding mechanism. This mechanism developed an optimal probability distribution method so as to minimize the average trading price, used the information disturbance of probability to affect the learning ability of generators and weaken theirs market power behavior. Through the simulation confirmation,this mechanism can affect the learning ability of generators more effectively to improve the fault of PAB bidding mechanism.
