Research on the service performance evaluation of the manufacturing enterprise´s producer service value network based on ANP-GRAP

In view of the characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise´s producer service value network, this paper constructs a service performance evaluation index system for the producer service value network. Considering the mutual influences and function relations among the evaluation indexes, this research selects the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to determine the weights of indexes, and uses the grey relational analysis to evaluate the service performance, and verifies the model through an application example.
