Abstract :
UME Time and Frequency Laboratory has been member of BIPM TAI Club since 1994. UME time and frequency standard system was established using three HP 5071A Cs atomic clocks and two GPS receivers (TTR 6A and TTR 6). The accuracy and long time stability of our clocks were found to be better than 2/spl times/10/sup -13/. The time information was disseminated via telephone lines using time code generator, personal computer and modem with an accuracy of a few milliseconds.
