Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new reversible data hiding scheme based on fuzzy predictor which exploits the correlation inherent among the neighboring pixels in an image. Using fuzzy predictor, we calculate the predicted value for each pixel and obtain the prediction error. Based on the histogram of the prediction errors, we modify the prediction errors slightly to embed data into the image. The proposed scheme can recover the original image without any distortion from the marked image after the hidden data have been extracted. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can achieve high performances of embedding capacity and image quality compared with prior works.
