Abstract :
In complex equipment development project, the variety of complexity and uncertainty characteristics of the development process often make it difficult in project planning and management. Based on the idea of system theory, this paper viewed the development process of complex equipment as a whole system collaborated with a series of milestone events, defined the GERT network model of complex equipment development project, discussed the inverse problem solving ideas of the project´s completion time; used an aircraft development project as example, planned its expected completion time.
