Abstract :
A case analysis in this paper presents a business strategy evaluation framework based on three perspectives of a Taiwanese wireless networking solution provider, from the viewpoints of reliability in production, capability in solutions and flexibility in finance. This case study employs the VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR) methods with the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) methodology. The findings indicate that strategic project development must be the first priority in strategy selections proposed to top management followed by the firm´s future plans for production arrangement and control, solution design strategy planning, and financial assets control and management. This research and analysis can be deployed in the assessment and measurement of fuzzy applications in business management.
