Abstract
A relatively simple method for the calculation of the high-frequency resistance matrices of multiple coupled lines is presented. The method is based on a generalization of H. A. Wheeler´s (1942) incremental inductance rule (IIR) for application to any number of coupled lines. Resistance-matrix results from the IIR method and LINPAR are shown to agree reasonably well for purposes of practical engineering.<>
