Abstract :
The newly established metrology infrastructure for the Southern African Development Community, called SADCMET, has highlighted the need for an in-depth study of the metrology facilities available in the Southern African region. This paper deals with the proposed strategies for determining the capabilities in the region focusing on time and frequency.
