Abstract :
In this paper, a new concept of entire quality of trunk aircraft is defined based on the manufacture-service dualnetwork. With the STA (Success Tree Analysis) method, a quality evaluation model and its algorithm are designed based on the new quality concept. This qualitative and quantitative method proposes a scientific and reasonable approach to evaluate the entire quality of trunk aircrafts. Case study testifies the validity of the STA model and reveals the significance of service quality.
