Abstract :
Aiming to solve the problem of strong subjective and low efficiency allocation on human resource in multi-project environment, this paper develops an allocation method. Based on the simulation calculating by EXCEL, this paper proposes multi-dimensional model (MD model) method. Firstly, the method evaluates the priority of projects, and then makes calculation. When the positive effect of multi-projects comes to maximum, and the personnel capability meet the task requirement, then we got the best allocation of human resource. The simulation example shows that the MD model has strongpoint of clarity and facility. It is a scientific and efficiency method to scheduling human resource.
