Abstract :
Based on descriptions of railway transportation and logistics service net, we establish railway transportation and logistics resource allocation model, and analysis on specific cost function, delay time function and profit function expression form in the model. Using a railway transportation and logistics model to distribute market demand and railway capacity effectively. It is significantly important to resolve unbalanced regional railway structure problems, and promote transportation and logistics cooperate operation between ad-ministrations.
