Abstract :
Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) is the focus of wireless communication for its high rate transmission. In this paper, a novel channel estimation algorithm for the wireless OFDM Systems with timing offset based on the PSD and LS estimation is presented. The results of simulation prove the parameters of channel estimation with timing offset based on the PSD & LS estimation is more precise than the LS estimation, and the performance of OFDM system under the condition of channel equalization based on the PSD & LS channel estimation is better than that of the LS channel estimation.
