The Sustainability Research on the PPP Project Model

By the introduction on the type of the PPP model, this paper analysis the advantage and necessity for adopting PPP in infrastructural facilities and public service, and based on practical project experience, it presents three new models on the PPP model sustainability: content classification model, multi-stage model and community model. At the end part this paper briefly summarizes the obstructions during the PPP sustainable development procedure, aiming at accomplishing the real sustainable development of Chinese economic system.
