Project Sustainability by Communicating Opportunity

Some of problems during project life-cycle are originated from management behavior. These problems, such as lack of tendency to declare data, could introduce conflicts and crisis into the project which impact on the sustainability of project. Leadership is the best method to overcome many problems in management field. A leader has some characteristics such as humor, good communication and so on, to motivate his or her team members. In this article, a new item will be introduced as a leadership attitude which is an experienced behavior during many projects. It is called "Communicating opportunity". This motivating communication method can encourage project team members to declare data and enhance their innovative thinking. Such a friendly workspace can increase endeavors to sustain the project.
