  • Abstract
    In summary, the double-layered media of L10 ordered FePt thin films with (002) orientated FeCo as the soft magnetic underlayer (SUL) was successfully developed by epitaxial growth. SUL contributed noise can be effectively reduced by antiferromagnetic coupling induced by inserting ultra-thin Ru layers into FeCo thin films.
