  • Abstract
Opportunistic scheduling in MIMO-OFDM system has been mostly investigated at packet level for a static user population. This paper formulates a flow level model and extends the score-based scheduler to MIMO-OFDM system. Similar to the traditional score-based scheduler, the new scheduler behaves like proportional fair scheduler in the ideal case, but its performance does not suffer from asymmetric fading statistics. We also show that the multi-user diversity gain for MIMO-OFDM system is the same with that of TDM system.
