Abstract :
The effect of the external longitudinal magnetic field on magnetic film inductors of composite wire structures is investigated. The longitudinal magnetic field dependence of the inductance (L) and quality factor (Q) of the magnetic film inductors with different tm at different frequencies is shown. The inductance variation can be explained by the magnetic anisotropy of the magnetic layer in variation with the magnetization process changes.
