Abstract :
A simple method for establishing a resistance ratio chain used in precision resistance thermometry is described. The chain consists of a group of AC resistance standards, maintained with known resistance ratios, to span a range of thermometer resistance ratios from 0.00119 to 1.0 as required for platinum resistance thermometry between 13.8033 K and 273.16 K.
