Abstract :
In order to give some suggestions for energy conservation rebuilding, comparison analysis was carried out on the coal-fired industry boiler and steam kettle system. Three schemes of steam water reclaim from the steam kettle to the coal fired industrial boiler were put forward. The first scheme adopted a heat exchanger to reclaim the heat released from the condensate water and hot up the feed water of boiler. The second scheme adopted both the heat exchanger and flash evaporation to reclaim the heat released from the condensate water and hot up the feed water of boiler. And the third scheme adopted both flash evaporation and chemistry disposal technology to reclaim the condensate water and used as feed water of boiler. Based on comparison analysis, the first scheme was the simplest one and reclaimed the least heat, the third scheme was the most complex one and reclaimed the most heat. And the second scheme lied between the other two schemes. In a unit time, the three scheme can recover 417 kW, 455 kW and 521 kW waste heat respectively.
