Abstract :
Regulation of the production facility aims to regulate the work area and most economical to operate the production process, improve the work ethic, and performance of the operator. The growing demand for refined cocoa products from Cocoa Processing Unit of Banua Chocolate to issue a policy relay outing production of cocoa processing facility in the Poso in an effort to meet consumer demand. Raw flow problems that are still back, so that resulting in the production process is interrupted or stopped. To improve the production process required an analysis of the layout of the facility by the method of Computerized Relative Allocation of Facilities Techniques (CRAFT). This method can redeem at the location of the initial layout by analyzing the flow of material. CRAFT algorithm will be able to set a specific location and time processing a brief computerized to meet the needs of demand and production capacity.
