Abstract
Depend on the preliminary experiments, salt addition was carried out to enhance the stability of emulsions which produced via bio-oil and diesel emulsification. The presented work was focused on the effect of NaCl, a representative of salt, addition on the stability, surface tension and kinetic viscosity of emulsions. It was found that with the addition of NaCl, the emulsion stability was improved. Besides, its surface tension and kinetic viscosity were decreased simultaneity.
