Abstract :
This paper presents a novel design for a bias-field free spin torque driven high-Q oscillator over a wide range of microwave frequencies. All the analysis presented in this paper are the results of micromagnetic simulation with inclusion of spin momentum transfer. The bias field free is realized in a spin torque driven microwave oscillator by the utlization of material perpendicular anisotropy.
