Abstract :
In this paper new triangular operators using a fuzzy entropy based approach are presented. After the general discussion of fuzzy entropy a new interpretation of the Hamming entropy is outlined. The generalized intersection is defined as a minimum entropy operation while the definition of the generalized union is interpreted as a maximum entropy operator. It is shown that these operators can be constructed from the conventional min and max operations and keep their properties
