Abstract :
Cloud computing, which has recently attracted more and more attention, fully embodies the ideas of “pooling distributed resources for using together,” and “concentrate resources for distributed service”. Based on Cloud Computing technology and combined with East China Power Dispatching Center dispatching architecture´s actual situation, this paper proposed the concept of Cloud dispatching-a kind of Cloud Computing-based overall framework of intelligent dispatching center, which can meet integration of the existing resources demands among various dispatching center, reduce the investment of system construction and expansion and further improve overall dispatching business ability. And then, a layered architecture of Cloud dispatching is given. Finally, a typical application case of cloud-dispatching - based cloud platform Cloud Prototype design was presented.
