Based on finite element model of acoustic-structure coupling field and the Zwicker´s loudness model, the sound loudness of acoustic-structure coupling field in an enclosed cavity is studied in this paper. The effects of coupling plate thickness on sound intensity level, sound intensity density and critical-band level are also studied under the condition of taking the frequency selectivity of human hearing system into account. Furthermore, the transformation from sound intensity level to sound loudness of acoustic-structure coupling field in an enclosed cavity, which is caused by human hearing frequency selectivity characteristic, is evaluated in detail.
