Abstract :
Change of the number of the military technical officer maintenance staff of different levels in equipment maintain department has the characteristics of radomicity and non-aftereffect property, uses Markov chain to forecast and adjust the number of the maintenance staff. Based on the rationale of Markov chain, constructs the number forecast model of the maintenance staff, confirms the transition matrix of probability, and forecasts the maintenance staff number of different levels of an equipment maintain department from 2010 to 2012.
