Abstract
The OF (occurrence frequency) of CCLs (cross-correlation levels) is introduced to objectively judge CDMA (code division multiple access) code sets. 4-CCL and 5-CCL codes possessing more ideal OFs of CCLs than the Gold code are presented. A new technique utilizing a multivariable Bernoulli process to model the outputs of a CDMA receiver in a slotted system is developed to evaluate BER. It shows the superiority of 4-CCL and 5-CCL codes over the Gold code
