Abstract :
Two indirect methods were presented for the measurement of PLL, which were dividing frequency and bypassing reference clock, and the circuit and theory of these methods were also discussed. These methods lowered the influence of measurement circuit on the signal, and also improved the performance of measurement. They simplified the measurement of PLL, and also reduced the cost.
