Abstract :
This paper describes a multi-media based Internet course for electronic packaging education at Michigan State University (MSU). The course will use RealVideo and PowerPoint to deliver the lecture material for the course. The Sync-O-Matic 3000 software will be used to quickly produce the Web-delivered lectures. Sync-O-Matic 3000 was developed at MSU and is already in use producing several Web-based video courses within the College of Engineering. We describe the Web technologies used in the production of the course and the electronic packaging materials for the course
