  • Abstract
    Theoretical and experimental studies in this paper show that wavelet transform can clearly illustrate jitter frequency variation time trend in time/frequency domain, which gives a new analysis and visualization tool for jitter analysis. The proposed method in this paper that employs Morlet wavelet transform, combining with conventional Jitter separation method, can measure jitter frequency variations that correlate to original signal phase and frequency variations in communication signals.
