Abstract :
A high performance, miniature Ka-band dual-channel finline integrated circuits receiver has been designed, fabricated and tested. The isolation between two RF channels is greater than 60 dB which is the highest ever been reported. The entire RF circuits are integrated on a single RT/duroid 5880 substrate. The DSB noise figure of the receiver is better than 5.6 dB. The RF-to-IF gain is at least 55 dB. The unit is shielded in a 85×90×19 mm3 enclosure
