Abstract :
In the era of knowledge-based economy, knowledge has become the core competitiveness of enterprise gradually. In the implementation of knowledge management, how to evaluate knowledge contribution of employee or an organization is an important problem which cannot be avoided. This paper first bring forward the definition of knowledge contribution, and then the necessity of knowledge contribution is discussed, and a employee knowledge contribution evaluation system is put forwarded. At last, a multilevel evaluation model based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is analyzed, and used in a case. This research will play an important role on the knowledge management.
