Abstract
CAPRIS (calling procedure instruction system) utilizes knowledge processing technologies so as to construct a human interface which is easy to use and permit heuristic retrieval of contact points. A description is presented of the design and implementation of the system in the authors´ intelligent network environment. Evaluation of CAPRIS shows that the response time for most interactions is one minute or so. It was confirmed that all the functions described were realized
