  • Abstract
In this paper a type of ultra supercritical boiler was researched for BMCR operating condition numerical simulation with the CFD software Fluent. When this type of boiler burning design coal in the BMCR operating condition, the combustibles content of fly ash is low, the combustion efficiency is high and the emission of NOx is low. The maximum heat load of the wall is located between the burner and OFA regional, thermal load deviation is smaller. The region before and after the wall layer burner and the OFA region near by is the high-temperature low-oxygen region. The ash deposition propensity is existing while the ash deposition propensity of the side water wall is serious. The direction information can be provided for mastering the combustion characteristics of this type of boiler, adjusting and optimizing the operation by the research result.
