Abstract :
For ultra supercritical boilers, steam separator is one of the most important parts in boiler pressure components, and its safety and reliability has the crucial influence on supercritical boilers during startup, shutdown and load following. This article takes steam separator for example to analyze the fatigue life of boiler pressure components and puts forward a short-cut calculation method. Based on the method, a set of separator life monitoring and management system in a 1000 MW supercritical boiler is developed.
