Abstract :
Recently discovered effect of microwave generation in magnetic nano-structures driven by spin-polarized current opens a possibility for the development of a new class of tunable microwave generators for nano-world. To increase the output power and coherence of generation one can use the phase-locking effect in a system of weakly interacting oscillators. In this work we theoretically investigate the phenomenon of mutual phase-locking of two nano-contacts coupled either by magnetodipole field or by radiation of spin waves.
