Abstract
At present the non-contact stress sensor which can be choose are not many, so it is necessary to develop the new non-contact stress sensor. A new kind of the non-contact stress sensor based on magnetoelastic effect with three magnetic poles is designed in this paper. The author first discussed the structure and the operation principle of the sensor, then derived its induced voltage output equation, finally through the experiment, analyzed the exciting current intensity, the frequency as well as the test magnet gap and so on to its input level influence. The results of the test have showed that the sensor has high measuring precision and sensitivity and it can meet the demands of the general practical application.
