Abstract :
This paper presents a new power dispatch method (low-carbon power dispatch) which pursues economic and low-carbon double targets optimal generation. Based on the mathematic model of economic generation, raise and set up a mathematic model of CO2 emission by analyzing the feature of the coal-fired power plant, then via the evolutionary algorithm to search the optimal solution. Finally, use the standard power system of IEEE 30 nodes to certify the low-carbon power dispatch method is available or not. Compared the data of this dispatch with the original manner, it is found that the CO2 emission is reduced much than the increasing fee. Therefore, low-carbon power dispatch can make thermal power generation reduce the pollution of the environment, and so this dispatch method is constructive and has realistic significance.
