Abstract :
Synthetic evaluation of maintenance accessibility is important for finding the bug of maintenance accessibility design for complex equipment and improving the design project of complex equipment. But the present maintenance accessibility definition is fall short of the characteristic of complex equipment, so put forward the concept of maintenance accessibility and establish a synthetic evaluation method based on it. First, analyze the relation between accessibility demand, accessibility idiographic demand and technique measure and to establish evaluation index system; Then, according promoting degree and D-S theory, account the grade of each composed part; Last, considering the importance degree of composed part and maintenance frequency to obtain the evaluation grade for complex equipment. A case is given to validate the feasibility.
