  • Abstract
    Based on maximum entropy principle, technological innovation diffusion model of enterprises has been established, which described the process and conditions of technological innovation diffusion. We expanded C2GS2 model based on C2R model of DEA method, and made evaluation on innovation efficiency of enterprises by the software of WINQSB. We show whether the innovation efficiency is best according to the evaluation results, and take the appropriate measures to optimize the allocation of innovation resources to improve the efficiency of innovation resources to maximum.
