Abstract :
Electric vehicles play an important role in the energy saving and emission reduction program. However, the influence on the power quality of distribution network caused by the electric vehicles becomes more and more serious, including the voltage drop and other aspects. Therefore in the paper, a flexible and ordered charging control system for the electric vehicles is developed. Firstly the electricity information and charging equipments are measured, then the electric power demand is counted, finally the of energy efficiency management by peak clipping valley filling and distribution variable load regulation is achieved. Application of the system in a community in Chongqing is described in the end, good performance has been achieved.
