Abstract :
According to the principles of the line of sight (LOS) stabilization and tracking the maneuvering target, the control and test facilities of the gyro stabilized and opto-electronic tracking platform were designed in the paper. The testing key techniques of them were discussed. An industrial computer was the control kernel of the testing system. A Peripheral Component Interconnection (PCI) bus interface analog output card, two digital input-output (IO) cards and a serial communication card were used in the facilities. The calculation and control circuits of the resolver and the Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) , and the IO driving circuits were applied in the system. The software system was developed with the C++ language and the database software. The experiments results show that the testing facilities have the higher measurement precision and degree of automation, and the better universal performance. They could be operated conveniently because of the friendly human-computer interface. The facilities improve the efficiency of testing and assembling the gyro stabilized and opto-electronic tracking platform.
