Abstract :
In order to avoid climate change on a global level, all nations considered carbon intensive societies and societies which are heavily populated might have to become zero-carbon societies and economies. The development of low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice for China and the whole world. With the result of power grid and power source plan in future, Low-Carbon Economic´s influence in power grid is studied in this document. A decomposition model for carbon-emission is established. With this model Carbon emissions will be calculated for power grid to analyse carbon-emission reduction technique such as improving energy structure, optimizing energy mix, and improving energy efficiency and so on. Finally, Suggestion will be provided for low carbon economys´ Innovation in China Southern power grid.
