Abstract :
A new correlated level shifting method with two level shifting operations is presented. It is shown to enable processing, with 9.1 ENOB accuracy, a signal 320mV greater than the 1.2V supply in a pipelined ADC when sampling at 21MHz and using only 2.8mW of power.
