Abstract :
Wind farm integrated in power system in continuous operation will cause the PCC(Point of Common Coupling) of voltage fluctuation and flicker. The wind changes can contribute to the wind turbine output power fluctuations, which can lead to a connection point of voltage fluctuation and flicker reasons. IEC61400-21 gives the wind turbine on the grid power quality requirements and analyses the flicker calculation method of PCC, while there is another method of flickermeter flicker measurement recommended by IEC/UIC. In response to these two methods to do analysis and comparison of the 110kV bus of some a wind farm of He´nan province, the former method obtained flicker value of PCC is rather small, while the latter more in line with the measured data.
