Abstract :
In this work, it has been found that the ordering temperature of L10 FePt thin film with perpendicular anisotropy can be reduced to below 300 degC with the Cr/Pt/FePt trilayer structure. The interfacial microstructures were also examined to determine their correlation with the deposition temperature of FePt layer.
