Abstract
The Pt(100)/Fe(100) (3 nm/3 nm) bilayer deposited directly on glass substrate after annealed at 600degC in 120 min, in hydrogen of 1 atm. It was clearly observed that the film exhibited large perpedicular magnetic anisotropy originated from (001) orientation of fct ordered alloy phase FePt film. The XPS, XRD analysis were performed. A small amount of oxygen were observed at the interface between the film and the substrate, the annealing in hydrogen atmosphere have effect to remove oxygen at the interface. So, Pt/Fe bilayer films were annealed in various atmosphere.
