Abstract :
For the mesh warping and simulation automatically cease in multi-stage drawing numerical simulation of ultra-thin sheet, the reasons are analyzed and solutions are presented. Through pen shell multi-stage drawing it can be seen that adaptive meshing and correct control mass factor is the key to resolve the problems.
