Abstract :
The essential features of the proposed class of logic controllers are: (i) an overlapping polar partition of the m-dimensional output space into m+1 regions with a common vertex at the origin, (ii) an efficient parameterization of these regions, and (iii) the systematic construction of the output space to guarantee stability and performance of a nonlinear system when sufficient information on plant dynamics exists to enable design
